Shipping Policy 

Delivery time 

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-
8 business days
International: 10-20 business days

 

Tracking

We provide tracking for all products bought on the store. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can also go on our site web, click on track my order on the site footer or click here. Make sure you have your order number and your email to access to your order status.

Additional fees

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

 

Return and Refund Policy 

We have a 20-days return policy, which means that you have 20 days after the estimated delivery date to ask for a replacement.

Minimaly accepts return for product exchange and provide replacement only for damages or missing. Return for customer remorse or others reason will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a replacement/return, please make sure that you respect all the conditions below concerning the poster and its original packaging. 

 

Exchanges 

If the size or the design does not suit you, you can exchange it for an other item with the same price or a different one, in which case we will charge/refund you for the difference. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that you respect all the following conditions : 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, no damages, issues, rips or hang traces, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at minimaly.contact@gmail.com with your order number and email used during purchase. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return cost are at your expense.

If the return is accepted, we will notice you by email, send you the new product and charge/refund if there is any price difference. 

As we do not want to waste anything, it is important that the product and its original packaging are in the same conditions that you received it, to give it a second life.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are considered to be damages : any rip, trace or print issue on your poster at the reception (only damages caused during printing and/or shipping are available for replacement). Your item must be in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at minimaly.contact@gmail.com with your order number and email used during purchase. Make sure that your email contains detailed pictures of the damages as well as different perspectives. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if we resend you a poster.

Missing products

If you order is missing, please contact us and give us information on the situation at minimaly.contact@gmail.com and we will check the shipping process to understand what happened.

We will resend you a product if there was any mistakes committed during shipping. Note that if the tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't be able to resend you a product

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All the posters we are selling on the shop are returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
